The Reedy football team trailed early in Thursday's game, but it didn't take long for the Lions to turn things around in their Homecoming game at the Ford Center.

Reedy scored 45 straight points to turn the deficit against Denison into a 45-7 lead. The Lions ended up winning 45-20 to improve their record to 4-0 -- and 2-0 in District 7-5A Division II.

This is the second straight year that Reedy has started 4-0. The Lions won their first eight games last season on their way to a 9-2 record.

Josh Foskey threw two touchdown passes -- both to Ryan Middleton -- and ran for two touchdowns. The Reedy defense dominated, forcing six punts, getting three fourth-down stops and intercepting a pass.

The Lions next play on Thursday, Sept. 27, against Frisco High.
